  Hey the acceptance office is pretty good. Have had multiple policies with them over the last three years. In the last three years I have only filed one claim. My claim was initially denied. April Hodge at the Moncrief office called the adjuster spoke with him and what do you know within 24 hours my claim was approved. To me that alone is worthy of a 5-star review.

  April is like a mama to everyone. She reminds me when to pay and is so helpful! Cici is always a ray of sunshine when I come in she brightens up my day!
