What can I say about my friend and therapist, JD Moorehead? First, he cares. He is a kind and compassionate man whose care and concern for me is evident in his words and actions. Second, he is present. He is a good listener and stays with me throughout each therapy session regardless of my state. Third, JD is wise. Rather than giving advice, he asks the right questions helping me define and process my issues. He is there to offer wise counsel when asked. Fourth, JD is trustworthy. I never have the slightest doubt that my secrets are safe with him. Fifth, he is loyal. JD has stayed with me through the four years of caring for my wife who had cancer. Since her recent death, he is still with me, helping me work through the grieving process.

I have had experience with four different therapists. JD stands head and shoulders above the rest, and I would highly recommend him to any of my fellow travelers who have gotten down or discouraged, confused or simply become weary along their way.
