Took some convincing to come out to do CrossFit. But I’m glad I did. I feel the workouts Tammy gears towards me greatly benefit my overall health and spirit. I have those pain days but recovered and can’t wait for the next session. Tammy takes the time to make sure you do the exercises correctly and pushes you. It’s been challenging and rewarding at the same time. Give it a try.
Tammy is a gifted listener and a unique coach - a true gem! She’s got the empathy and ability to focus on your personal needs and goals! Tammy has the smarts, drive, education and experience when communicating and working with her athletes. I believe that Tammy was called to be a coach! I find myself often thinking about her coaching techniques and cues, remembering them and using them when training. I recommend Tammy highly as a reliable, fun, caring coach! Craig was super through when going over my eating plan. He laid out exactly what i should be eating before, during, and after my workouts. He dialed in my entire eating plan from the time i wake up until the time i go to sleep. I highly recommend using Craig and his wife for you eating plans along with your workouts. Never waste a workout with a poor eating plan again! Thanks Craig for your help and professionalism! I well on my way to achieving my fitness goals because of you!
