I was quick to criticize - so I would like to be quick to complement. I have amended my review and changed the rating from a 1 to a 4 after my husbands last visit to the facility. They have greatly improved their scheduling so patients are not waiting around for hours. He experienced a post procedure complication and he received excellent care. I appreciate they have addressed the issues they had when they first opened. We now have great trust with the facility and would recommend it.

If i could give less that 0 stars i would. Be advised it seems they bring all their patients in at the same time 8:45 - in the morning. If you are not one of the lucky ones to get in early you can be there all day. My husband was there for over 6.5 hours for a 15-20 minute procedure. He had nothing by mouth all day because he was supposed to get a sedative. But they never administered it. Why someone cannot figure out how to set reasonable schedule so patients are not subjected to this treatment is beyond me.

Thank you to all the staff, nurses, and doctors at Sun City Ambulatory, they are an excellent team of professionals that did an amazing job with my surgery and recovery from a car accident. Thank you to Dr. Hutchison, Dr. Kinsley, David Marcos, and Nurse April. God bless you all
