Great level of care,quick check in was placed in room within 10 minutes.Doctor & nurses were thorough and gave me all information I needed relating to my care.They allowed me to ask questions if I had any. They also provided me with a note for my job and for school. I received my covid test results this morning. Very fast turnaround. I would definitely go to urgent Care again.

The location at Walden and Union. I was treated by Dr. Thor and he was amazing. He took the time to listen to me and made sure I was feeling better than when I arrived. It was the best experience I've had with a Dr. In a very long time. He treated me better than my primary Dr who couldn't even see me before a week. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I waited over an hour to be seen but it's Urgent Care so in the end it was worth the wait

This was my first visit to Well Now and I would definitely recommend their facility. Check in was very efficient. I was actually taken back to the patient room before my scheduled appointment time. The nurse asked useful questions and asked if I wanted a particular test, which I did. The PA deliver my test results and my diagnosis within a matter of minutes. I am happy to say I’m feeling a little better today due to the quick access to my needed medications.

My daughter needed a school physical at the last minute (Not covered by insurance,
it cost $30) The service was excellent!
I made the appointment and registered online (Quick and easy, you'll need insurance and photo ID card).
The Clinic was extremely clean.
The Receptionists were kind and professional.

The entire staff made my daughter feel comfortable. Everyone was super friendly.
My daughter was happy (Especially when she got a toy out the toy chest and a sticker).
We were done with our appointment quickly.

It was a very good experience. From the front desk, to the doctor everyone was so friendly... nice and clean place. I went there for my 3.5 year old daughter and she loved the place and the doctor as well. They listen what you want to tell with patience & give good treatment. I’m very pleased with the service. Highly recommended if you are thinking to go to any urgent care 👍🏼
