Ronda reminds you what great service should look like. It's hard to find that today and it was refreshing to work with someone that knows / enjoys her job. I'll be recommending her to all my family and friends when they need work on the vehicles.

Service group was Excellent as always. Rich (Blue Team) kept us informed on what issues they found and action going forward. Shuttle driver was friendly and professional. This is why we keep coming back.

Our car was scheduled for a repair in the body shop. Parts had to be ordered and when they came in, We were called to bring it in. I spent so much time researching good body shops in the Hampton roads area because I own a very unique colored Lexus. Due to Lexus not having a body shop I went with Suttle. From the moment I arrived for the appointment my adjuster was awesome. Tracy Sena visually inspected my car as if it was her own. She took the time to make sure everything that was damaged in my accident was repaired to perfection. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I also had repaired minor paint blemishes outside of my insurance claim that Ms. Tracy provided a detailed quote on. The body work was pretty close to perfect. The paint match was impeccable and all the parts they replaced were installed properly. On top of the great service, Ms. Tracy communicated punctually with me and got my repairs completed quickly. The only unsatisfactory experience was the wait associated with my rental from enterprise and the cleanliness of the car. I understand the body shop and rental car facility operate as two separate entities but that’s the only area lacking. The body shop hands down does amazing work and if u want someone who cares about your car ask to meet with Ms. Tracy!!! I’ve add pictures to show the work completed. Basically the whole drivers side was repaired and the front was repainted. I was very impressed how they were able to color match the Lexus OEM paint.

I had a great experience today for a prenatal chiropractic appointment! Dr. Rice was very attentive and paid close attention to what my individual needs were. He explained my ailments and the steps he suggested for treatment in an easy to understand way. Even after our initial consultation, he was able to begin treatment during the same appointment. After my first treatment I felt tremendous relief. The staff is friendly, the office is very clean and organized, and I was able to get an appointment right away. I highly recommend this office, and I will be returning very soon for my next visit.

Dr. Rice helped alleviate the pain I had been experiencing for close to a decade after only two visits. After two weeks of pain I was looking for answers to help fix my decade old back issue. A client recommended Dr. Rice so I figured I had nothing to lose. I went from being in constant pain to about 85% after only two visits. Pretty unreal that in one week I went from barely being able to stand to exercising again. I also appreciate that Dr. Rice takes the time with each patient to fully explain the situation in language that you can understand.

I have worked for many chiropractors over the years and have experienced all types of techniques and adjustments. Dr. Rice by far is THE BEST chiropractor I've ever known. He knows how to get your body back to the most optimal state of healing giving you less pain with the most mobility. Thank you Dr Rice for being so wonderful!

Dr Rice is awesome, super nice and knowledgeable!!! Has definitely helped me immensely! I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Rice for my chiropractor. Out of many chiropractors I received treatment for my back problems, I think Dr. Rice is the best. Very thorough, knowledgeable, skillful, and kind. He is very patient and sympathetic as well. This was the first day of my visit, and my pain had gone, although I know that I need more visits to improve my condition.
As a fellow sufferer, I strongly urge anyone who is suffering from spinal problems to go see Dr.Rice, because I am so happy that I can look forward to some painless days in near future.
Staff in his office is also very kind and patient. All in all it had been totally great and happy experience to have gone to Dr Rice.
