Quality Plus Cleaners

Brought in a pair of navy blue pants that had coffee spilled on them. Picked them up and they still had a strong coffee smell (obviously they had just pressed them and not cleaned them) brought back for a redo. Picked them up, same thing. Apparently if there are no obvious stains, they charge you for dry cleaning but don’t really do it. The employees are very nice but the actual service is sub par.
I would like to amend my review. Not only did I receive a text and call concerning my feedback, they sent out a driver to pick up and return the pants. I feel like a valued customer. It’s easy to get great reviews when nothing goes wrong. It’s how you turn it around when something does go wrong. We are loyal lifetime clients now because of the extraordinary customer service.

I usually don't post reviews unless experiencing an act of excellence. Tanya Bruno at the Westchase location is always striking me with the great service. She remembers my name and gets my clothes ready fast that I can be done in a minute picking up my order. Always smiling and pleasant too! Thank you, Tanya, for your great work!
