F45 Training Westchase

Love F45!! the 45 min training goes by so quick. The coaches are always there to motivate and encourage to push harder. The cardio and resistance training combos are great way to workout. The workouts are never boring. one of the best training places i have seen so far.

I have been working out at F45 Westchase for about a month now and love it! The coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging throughout seasons. I love the mix of strength based and cardio seasons throughout the week. Highly recommend trying out F45 in Westchase!

I love this gym! The 45 minute workouts go fast and they are always different, so it never gets boring. The trainers are motivating and make sure you have good form...and good music. They have have many options for classes and you can schedule on their app. Great place to workout, I'm so happy I found F45 Westchase!

This is the most effective training program I have ever done! Having tried all other boutique fitness classes you simply can’t find this variety with the consistency of the trainers anywhere else. I like how any level of fitness works well with the program. You go at your own pace and work confidently toward your goals. It is team training but VERY personalized. The studio is super clean and organized, just like the workouts. The trainers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and make working out as fun as possible! Highly recommend F45 Westchase over any other gym brand out there now.
