Flexible spaces with warehousing, shops, loading bays even. Something for everyone with any type business from insurance to real estate to sign making, a bakery or granite shop!

Donnie was more of a business partner than a landlord the whole way through. Their rates were extremely competitive and their amenities were unmatched. The quality of the property is only exceeded by it's owners. If you can get a place here, DO IT!

After visiting them and seeing what they had to offer, I am not surprised at all that they were first on the list. I'm not quite ready to lease a space, but can assure you when I do, I will go there first.
