  SimonMed at Lakewood Ranch on Rt 70 in Bradenton was a speedy imaging experience. You do almost everything ahead of time online: scheduling, forms, verification, and it was all easy to do. As requested, I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment, and was promptly seen, and then out the door before my scheduled time! Jen was friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this location!

  This was 2nd time visiting this location. The front staff were very welcoming and helpful in getting my files. The technicians notice I was having anxiety and knew how to make me feel at ease.

  Check-in was quick (as long as you fill out your docs online ahead of time) and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. There’s a changing room with a few lockers for you to lock up your stuff while you’re there. My technician Jen was funny, personable, and very compassionate, she walked me thru the whole process and was very reassuring. Imaging was done very quickly, Jen was extremely efficient and I was in and out in no time. The room I was in had TVs running nature scenes and calming music, all in all a very pleasant experience.

  My first experience with this office was great. My mother was very nervous, and the staff were super accommodating and supportive of her. They talked her through what was going to happen, and made her feel very at ease. Thank you so much for your caring bedside manner. It makes a big difference!

  Very pleased with the service I was given today. I had an appointment at 6:30 this evening and was very nervous since I am claustrophobic and needed an MRI. I unfortunately did not get the woman at the front desk name but she was also very nice and helpful. My MRI was done by Steve and he did an awesome job with continuing communication during the MRI to let me know how much longer and ask how I was doing. Being in the medical field myself, I often see the last appointment of the day get hurried out and don’t receive great attention but this was not one of those cases. Thank you so much for your awesome help!
