Very satisfied. Had 5 retro-fit ceiling lights installed. Company emailed a quote and stayed in touch through-out the entire process (no pressure either). I had a 10/20/21 appointment, but the company was good enough to call me on 10/6 saying they had a cancellation on 10/7 and asked if I wanted them to move me up on the schedule (which I did). Tony and his helper were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Tony made a special trip to the hardware store for the correct retro cans, which I appreciated. I reached out to several electricians and ETD was the only one that had set pricing for specific job types (new outlet, rewire fan, install chandelier, etc.). I waited to book them to get another quote and they still came in below the others.
