I dealt with Hector who fixed my generator after another shop ( M &C small engine repair in Wimauma) had told me that it had no chance of repair. Hector was knowledgeable and professional. If it wasn’t for Hector I would’ve lost hundreds of dollars on a brand new generator. Thank you again

When I called on the phone I spoke with a gentleman named John who was rude, unhelpful and quite frankly does not need to be customer facing. However, Hurricane Ian left us desperate for parts so I went into the Parrish store. Mike and his crew (2 extremely helpful women) went above and beyond to order the parts I needed and repair my saw in 2 days post Hurricane Ian apocalypse. Thanks again for going out of your way to help us get back up and running!

I have no complaints this place is great. They have fixed many saws for me had a reasonable price everything they've done is awesome

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I can't thank North River in Parrish enough for their help today it was beyond my expectations. I purchased a $4,000 mower from another company 2 weeks ago and needed some very simple work done that was promised to me at the time of purchase. After calling them to get this taken care of they wanted to charge me over $120 which was unacceptable. So now I was on a mission, I went to North River and discussed my situation and they said no problem. Mike actually stopped by my house on his way home and took care of what I needed in a matter of 10 minutes. I will say this my new mower will now be going to North River whenever I need something.
