(April 15, 2022, 10:37 pm)I went into the emergency room at 8am on Thursday for what turned out to be acute appendicitis. The ER was crazy as you'd expect it to be. Dr. Houston was very attentive and was very clear with me about my case. I finally got moved upstairs to the 4th floor around 4pm and eventually had surgery around 7pm. Nurse Rose was the absolute best!!! She was very thoughtful and extremely attentive every step of the way and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and on the up and up. 5 stars because of nurse Rose. God bless her.

(March 30, 2022, 2:02 pm)My grandfather got rushed to the emergency room this morning. We went this afternoon to try and figure out what was going on. I was expecting a lot of push back but it ended up being a great experience. The security guard Jose Montge was so polite. He was very helpful and concerned. He really got us all the information and we were able to see him. The nurse was also very polite and gave us a lot of information. The facility itself was very clean and nice. I always liked this hospital.
