Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Miami

Excellent rehab team and physicians! Much thanks for this facility for having cared for my mother post knee surgery. Highly recommend and we have gone back and again for any of our rehab needs. God Bless you all.

I recently passed by to say hi to a good buddy of mine that I took care of in the ICU I work in. I was so pleasantly surprised to see how clean the rooms and training facilities were. The staff was so professional, kind, and attentive. The physical therapists and occupational therapists were really great. My friend states he feels he’s being very well taken care of. As an ICU RN, this is a place I would feel very comfortable having my family stay.

My mother suffered a stroke and she needed rehab. The hospital wanted to send her to places like the Sands in south beach, or ponce health in Miami. Those places are horrible. And by pure luck we found Encompass and she is now there in therapy. When we arrived at Encompass. we cried out of joy. People are smiling, they are treating her like a queen, everything is geared towards professional support to ensure fast recovery. Thank you encompass for existing.

Extremely Good! I have nothing bad to say about this facility. Want to express my gratitude towards
Ms. Adria Santana and entire staff. The therapists and nurses are amazing. They are very caring and work very hard. They are very busy (Covid Area), but will take care of you in an excellent manner and with dignity.

My gratitude goes towards all nurses & therapists as they are working under a lot of pressure due to COVID and even though their treatment to the the patients is impressive, they care for you and it’s shown.

Visits inside the facility isn’t possible, but you can still visit your relatives from the outside window. That alone brings some kind of peace to the family members that at least they are able to see the patient from the outside window.

Their food is good. At times it may arrive a bit cold, but I know that the nurses have a lot of work and that delays the delivery of the food.

The facility looks clean, but still can use an update.

Thank You All for your dedication and hard work. It’s easy to get discouraged by the building looks and the outdated inside of their facility. But, once you received their amazing treatment it’s impossible to give this facility a bad review. The criteria used to the 5 stars rating was based on the quality of treatment received from nurses and therapists.
