I’ve been a client of both Dr. Richard Thomas and Dr. Charmaine Thomas since 2007 and have always received excellent professional help from them both as well as Rachel their office manager! I would highly recommend Astute Vision Care to my family and friends! I don’t live near their office but I have always been happy to travel to see them! That’s how much they both have meant to me all these years! I’m very grateful to them and their staff!

Literally love the service at Astute Vision Care. I live in NYC and make sure to get checked whenever I fly to Miami. I refuse to see any other eye doctor anywhere else. They are always super accommodating to my tight schedule and Gabriel makes sure to get me a great appt slot. They are caring, attentive, professional and informative. I was a first-time visitor to Dr. Thomas' office. Doctor gave me a thorough exam and made excellent recommendations. Today I picked up my glasses. My eyes, for a change, felt great with the new lenses and the new frames. All the folks at the office are efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. Safety protocols are in place. The new glasses were available when promised.

It was my first time there. Read reviews for many eye doctors on my insurance network, and I chose Astute as they had the best reviews and I can definitely see why! Dr Thomas was fantastic, she took great care of me. She professionally told me how my eyes were, and kept conversation well making me feel comfortable. Her assistants and the receptionist were very friendly. All in all a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing an eye doctor!
