  Although not a complicated hand surgery, it was still surgery on my hand.
  It's only 3+ weeks in, and I must say, that one can barely see the incision. Dr. Cardoso was attentive, caring and responsive whenever I asked questions before and after my surgery. So happy he was the hand surgeon I selected.

  Beyond excellent! Dr Cardoso is skillful, informative and kind. My experiences at his Plantation office have been extraordinary. In addition to his personal excellence as a surgeon, his office and support staff is fantastic. All from his scheduler to x-ray technician to assistants to PA are professional, efficient, courteous and most of all caring. I'm grateful for this kind of medical treatment and care available to me. Thank you.

  Dr Roy himself is excellent. Careful. Accurate. Focused.
  
  Every appt I have have to wait honestly at least 1.5 hours to 2 hours just to see him from time of appt. Defies the point of even scheduling an appt. That's terrible. Other than that he's terrific. Just clear your schedule.

  Dr Cardoso was a life saver. He saw me on one day notice when my current surgeon bailed on my surgery without notice. I was in tears having a broken arm and nerve damage for 5 weeks. Not only did he do an amazing job repairing my breaks surgically with plates, he decompressed the nerve. We really had zero hope my hand would function again and I have very functional use after one year. It was truly miraculous. On another note, if you have had experiences with surgeons they are usually not the most empathetic or warm people. Total opposite with this man. Warm, caring and he listens to you. I am so lucky to have found him in my hour of need and you would be choosing a great doctor if you put your needs in his more than capable hands.
