  I 100% HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS NATURE DRIVE! When my husband mentioned going I thought I wld b bored 2 years! It was SO COOL!!! Just make sure to.pull all the way off the main road when u want to get out of the car!

  Nice park and easy access to the trail. It was clean and we'll marked. There were a lot of birds in the trees along the trail. The other person's using the trail were polite and considerate.the parking lot had ample parking spots. Im looking forward to visiting again!

  This place is gorgeous! A great walking/biking trail on the lake that is so serene and well kept. Will definitely go back here.

  I can't believe that in a 10 minute drive from town you experience this amazing wilderness. Its like nothing I ever been too. If you never seen an alligator in the wild, you will here, for sure. I think it was about a 13 mile stretch of wilderness and at 10 miles per hour, it takes all afternoon to drive through but the whole family will be entertained. Definitely worth driving through.

  Open Friday-Sunday, the one-way Apopka Wildlife Drive is definitely worth a visit. The wildlife is habituated to the traffic and good looks at many of Florida’s common wading birds and other critters are a given if conditions are good. There are porta-potties and places to park and walk down levies not open to driving. Seeing alligators and turtles basking is a given if the sun is out and the temperatures are reasonable. A high clearance vehicle is not necessary, the gravel roads were in pretty good shape. I went twice in two days and didn’t get enough. It can get busy in nice weather and plan for 1-2 hours for the drive without stops.
