  I had an amazing facial - the Illuminating Facial by Michelle - my pores are much smaller now - the entire experience was flawless - I will go again

  One of the best spa facilities I have been too. Wait time was minimal, attendant was very helpful, and the massage therapist was able to work on all of the areas I needed her too. The couples room was great and its one of the few places where booking a couple's massage cost less that booking two separate massages, which is common sense. They were able to accommodate us on a weekend with less than 24hr notice and we were very happy with the quality and privacy provided to us by this spa. Would definitely recommend this facility to others looking for a luxurious spa getaway.

  Bravo! Standing ovation! Natta is an unparalleled esthetician. I am grateful for her making me feel rejuvenated, peaceful, and educated on what my face needs. I notice my facial effects last for months. This was my second time coming. I also had the privilege of Angela giving me a cut and style and she did her job with grace and lots of love. My husband said I looked like a new woman :) As a 65 plus hour a week professional, this was just what the doctor ordered. I’ll be driving 2 hours north just to see these ladies again! Great job to all!

  I would like to begin my saying that esthetician that I had for my facial was absolutely amazing, so was my husband’s. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. We both received great facials and massages during.
  
  Front desk personnel was also very welcoming, pleasant and polite.
  
  The Spa was clean and is in fact very large.
  
  So, why not 5 Stars? Well, at one point I wanted to give 3 and only for few reasons - 1. There was no water in the waiting area nor in the locker room. 2. (The main reason I would have given 3 starts) the person who gave “a tour” WAS RUDE! It took all I had not to walk out. She gave “ a tour” to me and another group and the way she talked to me and addressed me was simply RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL who clearly needs to take a class on customer service. I did not pay almost $200 per facial to be treated that way. We stay at Waldorf Astoria for their customer service and I accept the same from Waldorf Astoria Spa. In addition, my husband did not have a male “tour guide” available, so he kinda wondered on his own and was not even offered the right size of flip flops (thankfully he wore his own), once again this is not what I accept from Waldorf Astoria facility.
  
  Lastly, when we both met in Tranquility room no one came to see if we wanted a drink or needed anything. In fact, when my husband got lost on his way ( as I said it is a large Spa) there was no one to assist him. And when he finally found someone it was the same RUDE lady who drilled him with thousand of questions before she told him where to go. Ugh!
  
  But at the end, the services were amazing ....

  Best massage I've ever had! I compare every massage to the one I had here and not one has measured up just yet.
