  After researching many companies for my kitchen remodeling, I settled on N-Hance Wood Refinishing for SEVERAL reasons. 1. Their sales team is simply amazing. They were patient, non- "pushy" and truly listened to my goals. Ernesto even came out (3) times to my house, prior to the process, to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. 2. The process- This team did an amazing job, were completely professional and very courteous. I wasn't even home while they were completing the job and felt 100% certain that they would take care of everything. Daniel and Jose were simply incredible. 3. Follow up/Customer Service- Darlene (the owner/customer relations) went above and beyond regarding communication during the whole process. I've truly never had better customer service by any other company during my home remodel. In summary, these guys are the best in town! Thank you, N- HANCE!!

  We recently had our kitchen cabinets refinished by Ernesto Rodriquez of N-Hance of Orlando East. We were pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Mr. Rodriquez and everyone we dealt with were extremely professional, very thorough, and prompt and were easy to communicate with. They answered any and all of our questions. Mr. Rodriquez does quality work and we are pleased with the results. Our kitchen has been updated and is beautiful. Additionally, everyone who has seen our kitchen has commented how lovely the transformation is and they cannot believe that these are the original cabinets. We have recommended N-Hance of Orlando East to friends and family and we will continue to recommend this company to others who are in need of this service.

  3 stars for workmenship, 5 stars for customer service. They sealed my hardwood floors. I decided to split the house in half and have them complete it on two different days, so I would not have to move all my furniture to storage. They put tape down through the middle of my house, which I later found out that the technician had been told before NOT to do. The majority of the house turned out very well and I am very happy with that result. However, the area around the tape did not turn out the same. When they pulled up the tape after Day 1, there was some overspray on the unsealed side, which I was assured that would blend in with the Day 2. This area around where they placed the tape looks different than the rest of the house. I did withhold my final payment, and they were very concerned with completing the job to my satisfaction. The color specialist spent hours trying to match the color of my floor and blend it all together. My floors are not a uniform color, so it was impossible to match it perfectly. I appreciate how much time and effort they put in trying to correct the issue, but it should not have happened in the first place.

  Thank you N-Hance for my brand new kitchen. Looks amazing! Customer service was great. Ernesto and his tech crews are also great. They explained to me how the process to my kitchen would go from the start to finish. Thank you once again!
