Best dentist ever! And Jenny is absolutely fantastic!
Dr. Ghetiya is one of the best dentists I have been to. He takes his time explaining things thoroughly, he listens to your questions and concerns and doesn't rush through any of his answers. He is also sensitive to those of us who don't have the best teeth and doesn't cast any judgement but instead makes a game plan. He takes his time and does a great job. In addition to him, the office staff is great. The hygienists do a great job and keep you comfortable during your cleanings. The receptionist Jeanne is the sweetest! She takes time to answer all of my questions and does it in a very friendly and positive manner and also doesn't rush. If you are looking for an office I would HIGHLY recommend.
I've been going here for a year and I have to say this has been the best dentist I've ever gone to. I've had some nightmare experiences with other dentist offices and it's relieving to have finally found a place that's trust-worthy. On top of that, I never have to wait in the waiting room. As soon as I'm there (even if I'm early) they take me right back. I absolutely love the service and the time they take to walk me through the procedures that I need to get done. Dr. Ghetiya is very thorough and helps me understand everything. I couldn't be more pleased.
I love this dentist.
1) The front staff is amazing (Jeanne is always great communicating to me over the phone and in person.) They go above being courteous, they are truly kind people.
2) The hygienists are wonderful. I have had two ladies clean my teeth (really should learn their names) and both did a wonderful job.
3) Dr. Ghetiya is professional and personal (like another reviewer said). He is the first dentist who explains the work he is doing in layman terms and in manner that doesn't make me feel like he is talking down to me. He does the job to a high standard he has set for himself. I really admire his devotion to his job. I strongly believe he loves his work and takes great pride in what he does.
It is a drive for me to go to this dentist, they are roughly 30 minutes away with no traffic. It is completely worth the drive because this office has an amazing group of people working here.
I really like this office. They are always on time and can accomodate my schedule. My hygienist is great and is always very gentle. The front staff is courteous and knowledgeable regarding my coverage. Dr. Ghetiya is professional and personable. I appreciate the way he takes his time and explains my dental work to me before he gets started. All around great office.
