  My favorite of the museums in the area. I try to visit the new exhibitions at least once a month. I am a bank of America member so I go for free on the first weekend of the month. The Purvis Young showing was of the my tops to find because I'm originally from South Florida. Beautiful curator here.

  This museum is beautiful. The location is great, the facilities are impecable and the staff is very friendly.
  
  I enjoy when the museum has contemporary art shows, like the annual Florida Prize. It's difficult to see high quality contemporary art in Orlando, so this show is very appreciated.
  
  If you like local art, the museum has every month an event called "1st Thursday's". Stop by to enjoy Florida grown art, live music and great food.

  Peaceful places like this should attract thinkers alike. Clean bathrooms; even had face tissue available at sink. Much space and room for squares like myself.

  Went when they had a display of Christmas trees. There were all kinds, very beautiful. They also had gingerbread houses of all kinds. I think they need to have a discount for locals. It was truly worth visiting, and some of the trees were even for sale. Make sure to go online and check what events are scheduled.

  We’ve lived in Orlando for 8 years and haven’t had time to really explore the city. We moved from Chicago and were always surrounded by great Art and Culture. The Orlando Museum of Art did not disappoint. It’s beautifully kept and displayed. The works of art are impeccably kept and very beautifully laid out. It was such a pleasure to take in our city’s Art and see the artifacts from this region and town. The surrounding area was quiet and spacious. We were there on a week day so it wasn’t crowded. But with so much square footage I don’t think it could ever feel that way. A must see if you love art as much as we do.
