Payless Deals

So far so good, I bought a washer and delivery was the same day. I did end up having to call with an issue and they switched out the washer within two days of contacting them. Staff and owner have been very kind. At this point I would purchase from them again.

I’m a property manager with a small portfolio of single-family rentals under management. Keeping our tenants happy is one of our top priorities. When an appliance breaks, it usually takes a few days to get it fixed or replaced. Today I received a phone call from a tenant telling me the washing machine was broken. I found a very good replacement with Payless deals that they literally had it delivered and installed within a few hours. This kind of service is rare. Bear in mind I called them around 1130 on a Friday and they had the new appliance delivered and installed by 3 PM. I never had to leave my desk. I was able to do everything over the phone. They have earned my business and I highly recommend that you give them a chance to earn yours.

Payless Appliances has made a lifetime customer out of me! The shopping experience was easy and non pressured by Emilio who very knowledgeable about the appliances and found us a refrigerator and stove that were perfect and both looked like new. Maya made the purchasing process very easy and was always quick to respond to my texts and calls after delivery. She provided perhaps the best Customer Service I have ever experienced with an appliance company. I drove more than 30 miles just to come here because I love their customer service. The owner was able to fix my dryer free of charge because it was a very minor problem. I definitely recommend them! Best in town!
