(January 7, 2019, 9:41 am)I recently had Window World replace 19 windows in my home. The gentlemen who provided our estimate and closed the sale was very professional. Unfortunately, their scheduling was horrific. They were supposed to arrive a specific day and never showed-I called several times trying to get a hold of someone to find out when I should expect them. After calling several times, I finally spoke with someone who told me they would have to reschedule for another day. Frustrating as I sat at home for hours waiting on them(we were also not living at the location at the time so it was very inconvenient). The customer service I received was very poor.
When they finally arrived to install the windows, the installation was done in a day. The crew members were fine-polite and kept to themselves. We recently. I had just had hard wood floors refinished and the guys were great about removing their shoes.
The price, quality of the work, and quality of windows was good. If it were just about customer service I would give 2-3 stars but I am very happy with the workmanship and the quality of the windows. -
