  Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Great price too. They shuttle if you go to theme parks but beware, you must make reservations or you'll make the 2 mile walk like we did. But that's our fault. Hotel staff was great.

  Great rooms, customer service, clean rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. Clean restrooms. Within walking distance of universal and many shops and restaurants. The breakfast is hot to include eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, and oatmeal. Great rates and convenient shuttle to Disney, universal, and Disney parks

  Nice clean hotel. We had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. They serve complimentary breakfast downstairs, which we did not eat but if that's something you're looking for, it looks like they have a good selection.
  
  My only complaint is that our room cards often didn't work. We had to change it 3x. The room cards were no where close to our cell phones or keys, yet kept deactivating.

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast is the best one we have ever had, offering everything from cereal and muffins to pancakes, waffles, sausage, and eggs. We did have some snags on our first day that shouldn't have been issued, though. Our room did not have bedding for the fold out bed (only a blanket and one pillow in the closet), or enough towels and washcloths to accommodate the family of 4 that the reservation was made for. On the second day we were given new coffee when our room was cleaned, but no cups to put it in. On both occasions we had to go down to the front desk to retrieve the forgotten items rather than someone bringing them to us. The rest of our stay was great. I loved that the room had plenty of outlets that were easy to access, as well as some USB plugs by the bed. The air conditioner worked very well, too. Our room also had a roomy safe, a fridge, and a microwave. We would definitely stay there again.
