Working with Nicole to plan a trip to the UK was both fun and easy. I had a some special needs that had to be planned for and Nicole did a great job finding us just the right tour. Sadly we had to cancel and Nicole made that easy as well. She professional, friendly and I will definitely be working with her again once we are able to reschedule our trip.
Nicole listened to our interests and got us exactly what we wanted. When Covid hit she worked hard to get our vouchers and refunds and then rebooked with two amazing excursions! She was very helpful and always available for any questions I had. I would highly recommend her!
