We received bids and researched at least 10 roofing contractors. We chose West Orange Roofing based on our research. We are extremely happy with the job they did. Their crews were quick and professional, and completed the job on time, even with a few days of rain. We highly recommend them.

(September 14, 2018, 4:06 pm)I had a wonderful experience with West Orange roofing. JT Wells was great to work with. He never failed to answer my calls or texts and kept me updated on everything. He throughly explained everything so that I completely understood the process. I was on a time limit to get the roof replaced and it was completed even before the expected time. This is the second time I’ve used this company and as usual they exceeded my expectations!
Let me also mention that the office staff was friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend West Orange Roofing!!!

(July 13, 2018, 9:25 am)After hurricane Irma I called several roofing companies to get some estimates. I don't know what it is about giving estimates but many roofing companies just won't do it. When Bud from West Orange Roofing came to our home I explained to him that we were interested in receiving a written estimate. Bud delivered immediately with no hesitation. It reminded me of the old days when customer service was number one priority and Bud delivered 100% excellent customer service. Bud gave us a written estimate for our roof just as we asked. If I would have asked Bud to just work with my insurance company he would have also done this. Bud is very knowledgeable, honest, willing and able to answer any questions that we had, was so very patient, went above and beyond and to us, is the best salesman/representative of any company that we have ever dealt with. He definitely makes the customer feel very important and he listens and provides his feedback in a very honest and professional manner. Bud will make sure that everything is to your satisfaction and won't leave you until everything is how you requested, to the best of his abilities. West Orange Roofing as a company has also gone above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and happy with the roof we got. It is very important to West Orange Roofing that their customers are happy and satisfied and I truly felt this from this company. We are definitely happy customers of WEST ORANGE ROOFING and would recommend them to anyone that asked for a roofing company.
