However my concerns were quickly changed! The coaches are wonderful and not matter your fitness level or your ability to do the movements the coaches take the time to ensure that you are comfortable with the movements. Best part about this gym is the comrade! It is truly a team here and the support you feel on all levels is unparalleled. I always feel a sense of team, support and positive energy. LOVE THIS GYM!

When I first started, it was super intimating, but the coaches and athletes welcomed me with open arms. They teach safe scaling methods and keep us motivated throughout the workouts. It's an amazing box and community!
