    I just love the customer service at the Osceola county offices and the courteous staff who seems to love what they are doing - provide a service to the residents of Osceola county!! I have lived in Polk, Hillsborough and also in other states, and you were treated with an "attitude of why are you here or why did you you call us" when you walk into a service desk or make a phone call; but I am so glad I now live in this county and be serviced by these wonderful county employees . God bless everyone there and please continue to do what you do best!!

    This is unbelievable. Every single time I have a concern or question I get assisted professionally and quickly. I have never had such a positive experience with another government entity as this location. Always and I mean always there for you with any question you made have and return calls when they say they will. I would give a 10 star if available. The reason I say unbelievable is because it's hard to find a place that has people who love what they do and do it with a passion.
