  The people and owners are amazing here. Makes you feel like you’re part of a big family. Highly recommend

  I tried this place out based purely on Google Reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I walked in and did a 1 hour class and I feel fantastic, despite not having feeling in my legs. The owner was super personable and approachable. I'm not in my best shape, so it was nice to not feel obligated to get the work done. The coaches, and others, had no problem showing me correct form. I felt like I had a personal trainer the whole time. The heat wasn't bothersome at all with the massive fans they have. It was very clear that everyone there came to work out.
  
  The only con - I had a hard time finding it. I drove around the warehouse area twice and eventually asked someone. (Even the warehouse people were nice.)
  
  End result - they got a new member.

  Jared is the owner/operator/trainer and has changed my life with this gym. I'm stronger faster and more all around fit then ever. The gym is a place for serious people who want to push themselves. This gym is not for the weak.

  Just dropped in, very inviting! Owner was super friendly. It has and they do everything ive want and wanted to do! Brought my son with me and they had place for him to play and he even would watch me wile out! Place rocks!! Highly recommended
