Alivi

I've been working with Alivi for 2 1/2 years to help my mother get to her Adult Day Care. She struggles with physical limitations and needs a lot of help to get her there. They have worked with me to make sure that her needs are met and she is cared for. We live in South Florida and if you live here, you now that the roads are always packed and construction on the highways have been going on for what feelz like 10 years.

They have always been helpful in keeping in touch and keeping me informed with her progress or delays. Thank you Alivi for all your dedication to my mom. I appreciate it.

I am glad to announce that after a year of mishaps with my appointment times, no calls or no shows, that my last 6-7 trips all showed, or either was going to, if I may have cancelled.
At any rate it is very much appreciated and I thank you.
It is hard for some of us with debilitating pain issues to even get up and get ready for the appointment, let alone having to keep calling our insurance company or you all, to figure out what happened and such.
And since I'm here, writing this review, I will let you know another area of improvement that would be to hold all of your driver's accountable to the "actual pickup window".
I have had to sit at times an hour and other times even longer at my appointment s waiting for my actual appointment time, which is harder on me physically at 6'-3" 360 lbs.
Keep up the good work and I pray that I didn't jinx myself for my next 8 scheduled trips starting tomorrow and last one on April 1st 🤞😊

It has been such a joy working at Alivi. I have had the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. I work with an amazing group of people, helpful and caring management, all committed to excellent service in providing health plan members non emergency medical transportation. I am very appreciative of the knowledge and experience I have gained in the year and a half that I have been employed with them.

Dear Alivi, I used to be able to schedule my pick up ride for my doctor's appointments for 30 or 45 minutes before the scheduled time before my appointment. You were more flexible. Now you have changed the pick up time to an hour ahead of scheduled appointments. Making pickup an hour before my appointment.This puts me at the doctor's office way too early. I would be standing outside for at least a half an hour to 45 minutes alone because the office isn't open. Please go back to the previous scheduling times. This new way just doesn't work when your doctor's office is less than 6 miles away.

Alivi is a great employer. I joined Alivi last year as a part-time employee. I am very grateful for this opportunity as this job has allowed me to continue attending college due to the flexible hours I am able to work.
