  Our room was clean & beautifully updated. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The whole place was nice. I was so happy to be in a clean, comfortable place! The staff at the desk were helpful & pleasant. Breakfast was a good variety of things. I'd highly recommend this place.

  honestly speaking, the rooms are very clean. Also they are very much spacious and was able to accommodate 3 of us. wonderful customer service. Five stars!

  My wife had a room here for business. I happened to visit because my grandmother's funeral was close. The front desk was very warm. And the lollipops helped brighten my mood. The room appeared recently renovated. It was clean and neat. The shower was nice and the water was nice and warm. The window shade blocked enough light, though a little light did bleed through. The mattress was horrendous. We had two beds. One of them was great, the other was the worst mattress I've ever slept on. And I'm a fireman who frequently sleeps on old beat up station mattresses. It's sad, because more than almost anything else, you I get hotel rooms to sleep comfortable. The air conditioning was nice and cold. Not the most modern set up, but it did the job well. The breakfast was fantastic. We had eggs, sausage, coffee, tea, bagels with cream cheese, waffle station, canned fruit, fresh fruit, and various other items. It's one of the nicest included breakfasts that I've had in this price range. As a Marriott property, you can order a shave kit and toothbrush. We recently stayed at an Autograph Collection on South Beach. The shaving kit on South Beach was very nice, and they gave us a nice toothbrush. However, the kit at SpringHill included a prison toothbrush. I've never been to prison, but I imagine that's the toothbrush you would get. The razor was similar to the bad razors we used to stock to shave people's chest hair before an EKG, those would never cut off anything. This razor wasn't doing it's job. I'd rather them not offer a razor, it was a joke. But the shaving cream, despite it's cheap appearance, was very good. I'm an avid wet shaver and I loved the cream. The parking was well lit and I didn't notice anything shady. I'd be comfortable with my family visiting here again. The traffic to restaurants can heat up during rush hour. But we were able to avoid that. We visited several nice restaurants. The standout would probably be RH Rooftop. It's a quick drive. We parked in a garage there, which was free for the first 80 minutes. Overall, despite liking so many things, I'd be wary of returning. The bed was that uncomfortable. Mattresses aren't that expensive, there's no excuse for such an uncomfortable mattress.

  Great staff. Great service. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was better than I anticipated. Personally not the coffee I like, but it was fresh and hot, not some stale coffee. Of course, be early to breakfast. They had a nice assortment of cereals and juices, not just one kind. Room service left my room in order, defiantly worth a tip.
