I love taking my cars to this location. John and the crew really care about their customers. I love how John always gives us his honest opinions about what need to be done on our cars and what not.

My wife has been taking her cars to dealerships for maintenance for years. They gave her a list of thing that needed to be done. But when she talked to John, he mentioned only two of those needed to be taken care of. And also, for a reasonable price.

My husband and I are so happy to have found John & his team at our Meineke location in Land O’ Lakes, FL. His honesty and valuable advice & assessments give us the confidence to know our automobile maintenance is handled well. We do not need to worry or second guess his recommendations and the work is always done quickly and well. Their customer service is excellent and we are thrilled to be John’s customers.

Every time I visit this Meineke location I have an amazing experience. John and Kyle always ensure all my needs are met and never try to pressure me into unneeded repairs. I feel as though they take the time to explain what is truly needed and give you additional options on what may be needed in the future. Honest business and friendly atmosphere!

I am very pleased with the service I received at Meineke on my SUV. They provided a very honest review of my brakes and the transmission issue I reported, and quoted what was the essential repair service instead of a full blown quote for everything new. I liked that they kept my wallet and safety in mind.
Brakes were done and after some troubleshooting the transmission required only an oil change to deal with vibrations while on 3rd gear and low speed.
Both repairs were completed to total satisfaction.

I had a significant amount of work that needed to be done to my SUV. The costs were fair and comparable when I shopped around. I was impressed with their professionalism and the excellent communication throughout the entire process. And the turnaround time between drop off and pick up was surprisingly fast.
