I used Couch Pavers for a large and complicated residential job and I am extraordinarily happy with the work performed and customer service. My job was approximately 4000 square feet of pavers front circle driveway, and rear deck with pool and coping for the pool and multiple entrance ways with a tear out of concrete of all..

I attempted to get 7 bids for the job. The pool deck required a tear out of the old deck and that resulted in 3 of the companies declining to bid (most will want to do an overlay that was not possible here). The other companies either required extra payments to cover complicated tear out and would not warranty work or I was not comfortable with their ability for this size job. Couch was the only company that did straight forward flat square foot pricing and Larry (the owner) and Larry Jr (son) also gave me several ideas to think about ( I took them all). I found their pricing to be very fair if not a whole sale price. Only one company was close to their price, the one I didn't think was big enough to do the job.

When doing the job, which took over a week, they kept me completely apprised of progressive and next steps. When there were issues or decisions to be made there was excellent dialogue. The team that did the work would ask me my preference on finishing and borders. I was really happy with the professionalism and customer service. This is construction and there were some minor mishaps on the tear out, but Larry and the team completely worked with me on those also. It is all about the end result. I did also add on to the job (side parking not pictured), all pricing was the same flat square foot.

Good pricing, good ideas, Great Product and end result. I couldn't be happier with my choice and the work. I wish more companies did business like Couch Pavers. Thank you Larry. Really appreciate everything. I love my pavers everyday!

They put pavers in my backyard and they did a great job, Larry and Larry Jr were very punctual with the appointment for the estimate, overall great customer service and a great job! I would recommend them to anybody and will call them again to get my driveway done!

Couch Brick Pavers really went above and beyond with paving my driveway and back patio. The first meeting with Larry was very educational, I told him my idea and he helped guide me to a plan that was going to have the best long lasting outcome for the space. After design Larry coordinated with other contractors working on my house to make sure the pavers were installed at the right timing for the overall project. He was there to map out the area and instruct his crew everyday of the project (which finished ahead of schedule). His team was very polite and the work they did was outstanding. I would recommend Couch Brick Pavers to anyone who needs pavers at their home, the transformation is truly breathtaking. They will treat your project as if it were at their own home.
