Corey helped us out and went above and beyond even showing us his personal bag and letting us decide which one we preferred from the bunch, helped us order the specific one we liked online and is having it shipped to us. Husband brought me specifically for birthday shopping and this customer service is what sold us on this bag, thanks Corey!!

I was in this store a few months back and I had a client advisor named Samantha who help me and my partner. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product but we unfortunately couldn’t get what we wanted at that time.
I called her several months later and needed that certain product again and she took her TIME & EXPERTISE to not only find out my needs but even went through several options to be sure it was right.
She stayed in full communication for 2 days and because of that I will always be her customer in the future.

My husband and I stopped into Marc Jacobs at this location. We were greeted by Corey. He told us his name and walked away. I saw a bag that I loved but walked around the store a little. We were greeted by other store employees. When I came back to the original bag that I liked, Corey came back over and we chatted about the bag while I decided which color I loved. It was a very pleasant experience. As the conclusion of our transaction, Corey and another employee, I believe she was the manager wished us well and were very friendly. I am so glad this store is here, I will visit often. It is this kind of excellent customer service that keeps customers like me loyal to the brand.

I had been looking for a particular Marc Jacobs Tote for weeks. It wasn't available in the Orlando location so I decided to try my luck at this location in Tampa. I'm so grateful that Samantha Hishmeh answered the phone when I called about the availability the Tote because she truly went above and beyond to find it for me. She went through 55 searches and was able to find the last one in the country in TX!! Took my order over the phone and texted me with a tracking the following day. Samantha Hishmeh deserves a raise for the exceptional customer service!!!!
