Not only is Dr. Malone brilliant, but she is so kind and nonjudgmental and makes a really safe environment for her patients. The front staff are some of the most kind and helpful people ever. There is no other doctor that I would ever want see and I almost look forward to dealing with the front office staff.
Dr. Malone is very thorough and listens to all my concerns. She offers options and allows me to decide what I would like to do. She gives great advice. Staff tolerable.
Due to chronic illness, I see Dr Malone often. She is very kind and patient. She listens to my concerns and takes them into account in my treatment plans. Office staff are always kind and flexible.
Dr Langer and Dr Malone are excellent doctors. They take the time to know and understand you. They really help problem solve medical issues and take your concerns seriously. The front office is always pleasant and accommodating.
Honestly, Dr. Malone is the very best doctor I have ever seen. She is kind, caring, and attentive. She really listens and hears you. The care provided is top notch. I never feel rushed and she always takes her time all the while not having to wait for very long. They are always available for medical questions. Saying that she and her staff goes the extra mile is saying it mildly.
