  I am so grateful to have found Pat as a therapist, especially during the pandemic. I have gone to several therapists in my young adulthood, and she is by far the most genuine and effective therapist I've had. She listens with compassion and speaks with honesty, fairness, and humor, which provides a safe space for counseling and has helped my spouse and me stay committed to counseling. Most importantly, she gives solid, practical advice that is based on both significant clinical experience and life experience. She has truly helped us work on becoming better partners and individuals, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you for believing in us, Pat!

  Pat is the best therapist I've been to. She is very understanding,, caring, and compassionate. She actively listens, provides sage advice and practical solutions to problems. She has an innate ability to quickly assess and understand your concerns, while allowing you the space and time to freely express your thoughts and feelings. She has helped me through some of the most difficult and challenging times in my life. I most appreciate her for always being available to tend to any issues, questions or problems (big or small) I may be facing. I love Pat for always being able to tell it like it is with such love, and respect; and treating each person as an individual and a human being, and not a case.

  Patricia has been an absolute light in my life. She works with my schedule and has taken unexpected phone calls when needed. She provides a comfortable and non judge mental environment. I have referred multiple people to her and will continue to do so. I am very happy to have her as my therapist.
