  I joined CF9 because I wanted to take my home fitness training to he next level. What I found was the most supportive, like-minded and generous community I could have ever asked for. I had a lot of reservations about CrossFit, mainly due to common misconceptions that I didn’t vet before... CF9 takes CrossFit to the next level, they care about the basics, mobility, functional movement and you as a person. I could not be happier and would recommend to anyone looking to begin, improve or maintain your fitness level.

  This box was my first experience with Crossfit and from the first athlete evaluation meeting, I loved it. The coaches are down to earth and extremely valuable in helping with form, stretching and progress. There are a lot of class time options, they leave plenty of time for sanitizing equipment after class and I look forward to waking up at 5:15am for the 6AM class (who knew). No matter your level, the classes, coaches and members are great.

  This is the best CrossFit gym I have been to! The workouts are great and you can chose to take a CrossFit class or a HIIT class if you are new and want to start out a little easier. They have options to train with one of the amazing coaches they have when you first sign up to the gym for those who want the extra training, or have never tried CrossFit. I would highly recommend taking this route! It allows you the time to get used to the different movements involved in the workouts. They make sure you are doing everything with the best form possible! This is the 6th gym I have been apart of and it’s by far my favorite!

  CrossFit9 is a great place if your looking to get into phenomenal shape! The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and take safety as first priority. If your tired of the same old workout at your local gym, I could not recommend CrossFit9 anymore. If your ready to really challenge yourself and get into the best shape of your life, CrossFit9 is your answer!

  CrossFit 9 has changed my life. The people here are so welcoming and the workouts are appropriate for any experience level. I love coming to workout here and am so grateful for all the CrossFit 9 team has done for me. If you haven't tried them, you MUST! You won't regret it!
