  Yamilet was great! I was a previous customer in 2012 and at the the time never got a great deal. After getting screwed over by Lakeland Automall and their financial company, and getting the runaround at Regal Honda, I decided to give DriveTime a chance again. She had no problem accepting my down payment and even helped me get an SUV that I really wanted. Not only that, but since I don't put mant miles on my car anyways I pretty much have a warranty for my 5-year loan for only a little more. I'll definitely be glad to suggest DriveTime to those who are like me and will always suggest Yamilet, who made the experience great and really fun.

  So, I was there along with a family member a couple weeks ago, Michelle, Yamilet, Amber, Matt are all the people we came in contact with. The first car we drove off with did not work out for us, so we took the car back within 3 days and signed an agreement on another car that was picked out with no other questions asked, and we are happy with the purchase. These are great people to do business with, very polite, understanding and they do their best to get you in the car you want. A+ staff in my book.

  I just bought a 2018 Malibu today. I would recommend anyone to this place. I got turned down from everyone. I would never have thought I could get a new car. The only thing I didn’t like from drivetime is that they didn’t clean my car out before I drove off the lot. I worked with two sales representatives. The first was Amber and she was kinda nice and kept in contact but my second representative was Tameka R and she wasn’t friendly at all. She acted like she had a attitude. I would’ve walked away from the deal if I was already approved

  A wonderful experience! Yamilet and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I love the car I got from them!

  Yamilet was amazing in getting me in a car fast after a car accident I was in totalled my vehicle that was not purchased through drive time. At no point did she pressure me and was very thorough, thoughtful, and empathetic towards me during my search and purchase. She got me in a car that met our needs. Thank you so much drive time for your outstanding customer service.
