After several phone call interviews I talked to Anthony Murdock, and he exceeded my expectations by dealing with corporate roadblocks, establishing relationships with people he needed on his side, and most importantly being fair and honest and doing business on a handshake essentially. We never met until my son drove down to pick up payment for the property. I cannot emphasize enough what that kind of trust meant. Saying thank you sounds inadequate compared to the experience.
