(February 26, 2019, 6:45 pm)First time client. Had been a long time since going to the dentist. A broken filling is what finally brought me in. I was very nervous and embarrassed for not keeping up with my dental care. However, all the staff members were nice and made me feel comfortable.
While waiting for the doctor, I was able to watch relaxing nature videos with soothing music to help put me at ease. They have Ruko tvs in room with all sorts of listening and tv watching for whatever you desire.
Anyway, my first appointment the assistant took x-rays, which the images were pulled up on the tv monitor for the doctor. Dr. Ahmed is professional with a nice unassuming demeanour. He did a thorough examine and explained to me what needed to be done. Luckily, only 2 fillings and teeth cleaning. So, I scheduled my next appointment.
My second appointment is what prompted this review. I've never had shots in my mouth without discomfort. The assistant puts a numbing agent on swabs before the doctor ever gives you the shot. Perfect! Made it easy and painless. The fillings looks terrific. One is on the front bottom tooth, which was chipped and ugly. Now I have a perfect tooth in shape and color matched perfection. I am so pleased with Healthy Smiles. Finally, I have a dentist that I trust and love. -

When she was 6, she had a terrible experience with the dentist causing her fear and anxiety since then. Your gentle care and touch and explaining everything to her step by step has over come her fears; thanks to you caring for her like your own! I will be definitely coming back for her further dental treatments. Great Job!!!

(October 20, 2018, 12:58 pm)Dr. Akmal is very good. He is very thorough/detailed and takes time to discuss oral health status at every visit. I had my teeth cleaned a few times and also gotten a crown in the last one year at his office and have only positive things to say. To summarize, he is very trustworthy. I highly recommend him.

I came in here with bad toothache because of left upper wisdom tooth, I had seen another dentist previously who did not help me much I was just to referred to an oral surgeon for tooth extraction. I could not wait with the pain.
So I thought of visiting this place, Dr. Akmal Ahmed is awesome , very knowledgeable, friendly and thoroughly explained me the procedure. Like other dentists I thought even now I will be referred to some oral surgeon for getting my tooth extracted but not, Dr. Akmal Ahmed himself took care of it. My wisdom tooth was extracted very smoothly within less than 10 min. I am very happy I came in here. God bless this doctor , who saved me from bad tooth pain :)
