  It is asking me to describe the indescribable !! I have known Isaac and Diana for more that 20 years and I can only relate to the pure sanctity they bring to the earth. This is in many ways like fireworks meeting calmness..... perfect mix of everything!
  
  The yoga they bring to the planet is absolutely spectacular.
  
  Being in their grace is like walking around with an "umbrella of pureness"

  A beautiful place to practice yoga! The teachers are amazing and full of knowledge. I took classes here before I moved to the beach area and it is one of things I truly miss. I have yet to find another yoga practice that is as peaceful, educational and fun. They really love what they do at Lake Center Yoga and it emanates! If you want a wonderful experience go feel the flow with them!

One of the first core teachings presented in class, is proper alignment and body mechanics that are essential in a yoga practice to avoid injury and allow the full experience of unification and opening in the body, mind, and spirit. At Lake Center Yoga, the teachers are experienced, caring, and filled with wisdom and integrity. Their genuine knowledge of the practice of yoga shines out through them and inspires you to practice yoga in everyday life and not just in the class. I have practiced yoga with these amazing teachers since 1994. As a result, I have not only improved my physical strength and flexibility, but more importantly have expanded my consciousness level and have deepened my connection and understanding in all areas: body, mind, and sprit. Truly it has changed my life, and only for the better!

  My experience at Lake Center Yoga has taught me a full spectrum of learning postures, balanced movement, purifying breath, and contemplative work. These instructors present you with the ways to obtain knowledge in postures designed for steadiness with an emphasis on proper alignment. You will be presented wisdom that has been passed down from teacher to teacher. This will give you the clarity in order to develop a healthy practice strengthening physical, mental, and emotional focus.

  The Lake Center Yoga studio overlooks a lake which is very calming in itself. Yoga taught here is of the highest quality, the teachers having taught for many years. Classes here focus mainly on relieving stress, calming the mind and proper alignment. The teachers show concern for students having any issues with their bodies and address these issues as needed.
