Arin came out, did a thorough assessment of the leak we were experiencing. He came up with some solutions that will stave off a roof replacement for another year or two. We really appreciated him thinking outside the box and saving us an expensive replacement before the roof needed it. The office was responsive when I called and were able to get us on the calendar quickly. They clearly laid out what they could do in the short term and what might happen when if it could not repaired during the first visit. I was really pleased with the experience.

Aric was on time the day after I called them, and professional throughout the process of addressing my roofing issues. He assessed, documented, took pictures and gave an estimate which I signed off on. He got right to work then sent the detailed paid invoice with before and after pictures. Remember it's the lowest responsible bid. They stripped my roof and found the sins of omission from the past. They corrected all of those errors and repaired the resultant damage. They even repaired the decorative cladding on my chimney and repainted it to a high degree of professionalism. They could have told me get someone to do the paint and carpentry, but they did it in house. Why? So they could charge me more? No, it was less than 1% additional.
