  My interaction started out pleasant over the phone as I live 2 hours away and wanted to do as much of the deal as I could before making the trek over there. I arrived and spoke to my salesmen. within a few minutes the deal started to change...I started off stern but when what I was told on the phone didn't match what they were saying in person I got real mad, real quick. I left very upset and started on my 2 hour drive home. Mike called me multiple times but I didn't want to answer because I felt like it was a bait and switch. Mike ended up leaving me a nice voicemail, which he didn't have to do, he could of written me off, he could of ignored me, but he didn't. Once I had calmed down I called Mike back to see what he had to say. He bent over backwards to help me out and gave me a crazy good deal. A better deal then he probably should of. There are 2 things I've learned from this experience. #1 Always deal in person. Too much room for misunderstanding over the phone. #2 Always go to RC Hill. Even when they didn't "owe" me anything they did the right thing and turned a sour experience into a gold one. Thanks Mike for all your help! I'm an RC Hill customer from now on!

  I purchased two motorcycles here. One for me and the other for my son. This dealership is very professional, courteous and friendly. Even when returning for service the entire Staff is awesome! They have a great inventory of new and used bikes. I highly recommend you stop by for any of your motorcycle needs.

  Wonderful experience buying with RC Hill Honda, I’m from out of state, we only communicate through text messages and phone. Not only I got my dream Motorcycle but the price are absolutely unbeatable. Jim Mitchell thank you very much for your excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend anybody to buy from this top rated dealership. This is for The Big Cry Baby L.B for 1 star review because of the text message, NOBODY have to pay or get charge for text messaging ANYMORE, your review are BS. This is an advice from one customer to another customer GROW UP. ????

  Great attention to customers. Very patient, informative and they don't judge. Experienced and novice bikers are all treated the same. Found the bike I wanted here. My sales rep Sam C. was extremely helpful, taking care of the process via phone and email. All I needed to do was drive down and pick up my bike. Thanks again!!!

  DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Hands down RC Hill has the best inventory and the best deals. And then there's the staff:
  
  Sam - highly recommend! Very patient, friendly, super helpful, won't try to pressure you into buying what you don't want. He invested a lot of effort into helping drive away on my bike.
  
  Mark - worked with me and got me top dollar on my trade in. It was literally twice the amount of the next best offer from another dealership.
  
  Mike - I had very limited budget to work with, weak credit, the works. This guy somehow pulled it off and helped me get the best financing. He's very good at this.
  
  Go see them! I've already sent my brother there and will send others down the line. Having shopped all around I can tell you there's no reason to go anywhere else.
