  Such a great experience. The office is beautiful and the staff very welcoming and inviting! There was hardly a wait and Dr. Heck was very thorough throughout the entire eye exam. Its so nice to walk into a place where the Dr. and staff are happy and smiling! Thank you to you all at Volusia Eye!

  I honestly don't know where to start! I've been wearing glasses since I was five years old and this experience with Volusia Eye Associates was one of the very best I have ever had. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, courteous and considerate. The eye exam given to me by Dr. Chelsea Heck and her assistant was thorough and I appreciated having the different steps explained to me. When it was time to choose my frames, I had a little bit of an emotional time since this was the first occasion to choose new frames since my husband passed away. He always helped me pick them out. Bonnie was so kind and said, "Well, I am here and I will help you!" And she did, too! Ani is a wonderful person and I enjoyed interacting with her. So, you see (I meant to put in that pun!), this was a most excellent appointment for me and I will continue coming here for many years to come. Thank y'all so very much! Oh, and one more thing... the Contigo water bottle is awesome! And the free refills of the lens care solution is a great idea, too! Wow!!!

  I recently went to VEA for the first time to get my eyes checked and some new glasses. I can't say enough about everyone in the office that I saw. The staff was very helpful in everyway. I have eyes that are very sensitive to light and they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable during the exam. When my glasses were ready I was unable to get to their store as I had a hip replacement 4 days before. They were very understanding and went above and beyond what I expected. One of the very nice ladies in the office offered to and did personally deliver my glasses to my house because she would be in my neighborhood. The glasses are great and so is the whole staff.

  I was so impressed by all the associates at Volusia Eye Associates.
  Dr .Heck gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I can ever remember. She took her time to make sure I had the right contacts for my eyes. It took two appointments to fit them and make sure they were the perfect prescription. I see perfectly now and they fit great. I am very thankful for the professional and caring attitude of everyone there.
