Battle Creek Village

I moved into Battle Creek Village on December 1st and must say this was a great decision. They allowed me to bring my Rottweiler (who's an ESA) and didn't give me a hard time with the application. The fact the place comes with a garage was the icing on the cake. Prices are super fair for what you get. Shonie and Lenora are literally the best. I've yet to call the office and not get either of them on the phone. Email response times are almost immediately or within 24 hours. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful. Neighbors aren't loud. The entire property is clean. I would highly recommend people considering moving to come here. You won't regret it!

My children and I moved here from Orlando, FL, after selling our home. We were moving from Airbnb to Airbnb, which was stressful, to say the least. Every place we were seeking was either already occupied, there was a waiting list, and or there was no communication to apply. With that being said, I was almost at a breaking point. I called Battle Creek after a scheduled apartment tour that never went through at another property, and it was on a whim that I called, and they just so happen to have listed a 3 bedroom townhouse earlier that day. IMMEDIATELY I applied online, in faith, since I had never physically been at the property. I'm happy to say the application process was AMAZING, the staff is friendly and professional, and I LOVE my space. This was the best decision for me and my family. We successfully moved in January 21, 2022, and I'm looking forward to this new Georgia chapter. Overall, I'm excited and thankful to call this place home. To God be the Glory; always 💕

I have been here 6 months now and decided to finally write my review. I wanted to make sure the service I receive in the beginning was not a front. I am happy to say I am still happy with my decision to move to Battle Creek Village.

Yes, the Townhomes are beautiful, the property is well kept and the area is always clean, and it’s very quiet here.

Shonnie was great and even knew me by name weeks later after move in. Maintenance service is punctual as stated on the maintenance request service site. The few staff I have interacted with since been here are all genuinely kind and caring people who take good care of the residents here.

Thanks to the whole team who work so hard every day to make Battle Creek Village welcoming, safe and comfortable Townhomes for me as a residents. Covid-19 Protocols and guidelines are taken very seriously by all staff.

First & foremost, the front office staff is absolutely amazing! I’ve enjoyed living here (going on a year now). It’s extremely quiet and my neighbors are pretty nice and chill as well. Prices are good for the amount of space you get.

Only 2 disadvantages here.
(1) My power bill is absolutely ridiculous. I have to keep A/C on 69 to accommodate the upstairs. Anything higher and you’re sweating when you wake.

(2) No lights in the ceiling outside of bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and front door entrance. This wasn’t too big of an issue for me, but it would be nice to have. Especially since switches are already in place for lights in every room.

Overall, it’s a quiet, well-kept community. I love it and I’m happy to call this place home for now :)
