Allan Vigil Lincoln

Quick & fast. They seem much more organized than once upon a time. I wasn't expecting to leave for a few hours. The previous two times I been there for an oil change took them a minimal of 3 hours when I was told an hour. They even beat the competitions price on new tires. So I'll be getting my tires from them. The cherry on top is the vacuum job on the inside. Super duper awesome. Meant to tip that guy but couldn't find him.

My wife and I drove an hour to get to Allan Vigil and we were not disappointed. We already had one bad experience with a Lincoln dealer in Atlanta, so we were looking to be treated better here and they did just that. Roger the salesperson was very attentive and wanted to ensure we had a great experience. He and the Sales Manager Al were only interested in making sure we got a deal we could live with. My wife and I left there with a 2022 Aviator loaded with options at an affordable price. We traded our BMW 635i in and paired with our family A plan from GM, Allan Vigil Lincoln satisfied our every need. The staff we encountered were the friendliest. We were introduce to Mr. Vigil himself and his son two very humble and down to earth people. All in all just a very wonderful and positive experience for us. Thank you to the Allan Vigil family!

The pick up and drop off service was perfect. The driver that came to the was made my wife feel very comfortable with the process. The car was returned with in 5 hours and was cleaned immaculately. I was very impress and that is hard thing to do. Jeff Murrell and Kenneth Browning are a true asset to the dealership. They have been very instrumental in all the processes. KEEP UP THE GOO WORK. GREAT JOB GENTLEMEN!!!!

The service writer, Dana, is EXCELLENT! And the service on vehicle was quick--basic maintenance and new tires.
However, for such a large dealership, complete with a restaurant, the Lincoln reserved area is not on par with other much smaller dealerships. It is basically a large waiting room with a few soft chairs and computer work area. The smaller dealership where I purchased my vehicle had a separate area with many more creature comforts from massage chairs to large screen TVs with wireless head set connectivity--no restaurant on site).
A little more attention to the "luxury" mindset would really make Vigil Lincoln distinctive.
