I scheduled my first visit/ cleaning/ exam on a recommendation and was pleased with all of my experience! The office is quiet, clean and organized which is why I knew I would like it. I had a pleasant interaction with every person including Dr Boyd.
We have been patients of Dr. Wilson’s (Hal) for nearly a decade now. Everyone is always very nice and super helpful. Dr. Wilson is always straightforward about what’s needed and what the options are and has always done great work. We even switched our son from a pediatric dentist to this practice.
The staff at West Cobb Family Dentistry are warm, professional and exhibits a caring approach to your needs.
Mrs. Jean provided an excellent cleaning and patiently examined and explained along the way.

I am new to this dental office. Just there for cleaning. If you are new, make sure you filled out the forms on their website and bring the forms with you on your appointment date. This will save lots time. Also, you can send your xray files and insurance card information to the office before your visit.
Doctors and hygienists there are friendly. Good first impression. Will go back next time.
Since I don’t believe in 5 stars no matter how good the service or goods are, I rate this place a 4+. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Walked away feeling good about the services I received. The only thing that had me confused being a new patient…. I made a cleaning appointment and ended up having to come back for the actual cleaning. First appointment was X-rays, analysis, measurements and game plan. Granted I was able to come back in an hour in a half, but a lot of peoples schedules (especially with work) would have allowed this. So the whole (you were only scheduled for an hour thing) had be thinking twice a little. With the number of dentists just in my zip code, could have given someone a good reason to look elsewhere. Other than that, great experience!
