  My Mom was a resident of New Life Personal Care Home from February, 2020, until she passed away. Florence Johnson, her husband and staff provided excellent care for her during her entire stay. I've rarely met someone in this business who have a more caring, loving attitude toward their patients. Florence treated my mother like she would her own... it was obvious that she genuinely cares for her patients and treats them like family. We had constant and regular communication during the Covid shutdown- she gave me regular updates on her condition including facetime calls, was available 24 hours a day to answer questions and let me know how she was doing. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who wanted the best possible care for a loved one.

  The care and service provided are great. Sheneka is a great help and has improved my life a great deal.

  My mom was with Florence at New Life Personal Care Home before she passed away. The professional and compassionate care given by Florence was exceptional. I am grateful for her warm smile, caring spirit and her consistent communication. She always welcomed us into the house and made sure Mom was well-dressed, well-groomed, well-fed and well-loved. Our family is thankful for New Life PCH and for allowing my mom to finish well with dignity.

  My father has been at this facility for a little under a year, and we have been very pleased with the care he has received at this location. He has expressed his pleasure at the food that was prepared for him. The owners have been very attentive to any concerns we bring up, and communicate with us about anything that comes up in his daily life, that we need to be aware of. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that adds to its peacefulness, on the back deck. While my father has his challenges and can be difficult to handle, the staff has done what they could to care for him, and we truly appreciate their efforts. They do care for their residents, and I strongly recommend this establishment, if you are looking for assisted living care.

  My Mom has been a resident of New Life Personal Care Home for the past 14 months and it’s been the most awesome experience I could have imagined! Giving up her own apartment after 7 years in assisted living could have been difficult but Ms Florence gives so much love and care she made the transition easy! My Mom is so happy and well adjusted can’t imagine her being anywhere else! We had planned to move to the beach once we retired but have decided to stay because we could never find another place like New Life and would never consider moving her anywhere else!
