this was the best experience that I have ever had at a Doctor's visit. I was in awe of how detailed they were. Everyone from the person setting the appointment on the phone, to the ladies checking me in gave top notch care.
The nurse and the Doctor took time to make sure that I understood everything and I didn't feel rushed. Thanks for the great service!

Dr. Billingslea treats patients as individuals, really listens, and tries to be sure that she understands any problems, and that the patient understands any treatments. She is very thorough, and caring at the same time. Everyone I have had contact with at this practice over the past several years have been very professional and impressive.

This is an excellent office. Dr. Billingslea is an excellent physician. She takes her time to address any issue you might have. She is very thorough in her assessment of what your issue may be. The office staff is very polite and professional. You will truly enjoy your interaction with Dana if she should check you in. You will have a very nice experience.

I went for my first time today. My husband and I live in Taylorsville so we switched doctors from Harbin in Rome. I just felt like they never actually took the time there. I've always like WellStar and I love Dr. Billingslea. She was so nice and has very good bedside manner. I definitely look forward to her being my doctor. My husband is going next week and I told him I'm so thankful that I found a doctor who is caring and friendly because that truly matters. It's your health/life so take it important. I will say I had to wait on labs which wasn't her fault but honestly that's anywhere you go. I wish it was a little faster since I had to not eat anything after midnight last night. I definitely recommend this place though. The lab woman was very sweet and apologized for the wait. Her name was Sally so that meant a lot to know they care and there was only 1 person so I understand the wait. The front desk people were very nice as well.
