My previous Dr. moved on out of network and I was hesitant on having a female primary physician but, Dr. Moore-Waters made me feel completely at ease.
Dr. Waters and all the staff are very good. They’re friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. And despite the exterior appearance of the old office complex, the interior of their office is very clean.
As a person who grew up with a mom who demanded annual physical exams and a father who had absolute zero trust in the American health system (especially in regards to Blacks), I developed into an adult who didn’t care to invest and check on my health every year. But after my first visit to Dr. Moore-Waters establishment, I quickly learned that checking on your health even once can make your day to day life so much easier. Graciously, I become a Kionna’s patient, and she is an amazing health professional who discovered issues in me that my previous primary care physical NEVER discovered in 20years (and that was only after one visit).
Kionna is highly intelligent, competent, thorough and empathetic. Whenever I have an issue that cannot be simply resolved at home, I literally RUN to Dr. Moore-Waters office because I know and trust that Kionna will investigate and solve the issue. Kionna has taught me that symptoms that I’ve learned to cope with on a day to day can simply be resolved with medication and greater awareness, necessary exams/ medication and probiotics.
Dr. Moore-Waters office is highly efficient with most of the necessary equipment that you’ll need to make your healthcare visit a one-stop shop.
I’m highly thankful for Dr. Moore-Waters and being assigned to the care of Kionna. I’d highly recommend this office to anyone who is in need or searching for a great primary care doctor.
